AYM Clarity Coaching

In coaching we work together on getting you unstuck. We bring curiosity to the challenges you are finding tough, and build your confidence & self awareness, your decision-making skills, wellbeing and productivity so that you have the knowledge, skills and mindset to tackle future challenges and build a life with purpose, fulfilment and opportunities.

All AYM coaching programmes start with six weeks of Positive Intelligence (PQ) training. This is a foundational programme which is structured to deliver early insights, whilst also supporting new approaches and setting intentional habits for powerful outcomes.

We work on delivering the change you want to see in the topic area(s) which you bring to each coaching call, whilst also building on the tools you learn in the PQ training.

What’s included in the AYM Clarity Coaching programme?

  • Three-month programme of 1:1 coaching + group pod meetings

  • Six 1:1 career coaching sessions

  • Positive Intelligence (PQ) foundational training (access to the app for 12 months)

  • Group Pod meetings (six weekly calls)

  • Additional materials are accessed after the end of the foundational training

  • Accountability + full support from me over WhatsApp

  • Review session to capture your learning (week 12 or 13)
